Overpriced and Underwhelming Experience with AA Floors & More

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with AA Floors & More for my home renovation project. Despite their impressive product lineup, which includes engineered hardwood, hardwood flooring, laminate flooring, and vinyl flooring, my experience was marred by poor customer service and exorbitant prices. The sales team seemed more interested in pushing their top brands, such as Appalachian and Bruce Hardwood, rather than understanding my specific needs. I was looking for a durable and stylish flooring solution, but the team's lack of expertise and attention to detail was staggering. They failed to provide me with adequate information about the different products, including the Appalachian Verita White Oak and the Floorpan Elite XL 12 MM Laminate, and their benefits. The installation process was also botched, with the team using outdated methods that left my floors looking uneven and poorly finished. To make matters worse, the company's commitment to customer satisfaction seemed like an afterthought, as they were unresponsive to my concerns and unwilling to rectify the issues. The competitive pricing they advertised was nothing more than a myth, as I ended up paying top dollar for subpar products and service. Overall, I would not recommend AA Floors & More to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable flooring solution. Their extensive knowledge and experience in the industry are not reflected in their customer service, and their products, while aesthetically pleasing, do not justify the high prices. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere for a company that truly values its customers and provides quality products and services.
