Disorganized and Unhelpful: A Missed Opportunity for A+ Self Storage

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at A+ Self Storage of Maumee. As someone who values organization and efficiency, I was shocked to find that their facility lacked a coherent system for managing storage units. The on-site manager, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed and unable to provide clear guidance on the rental process. I was forced to wait for over 20 minutes just to get a straightforward answer about unit availability. The online bill pay system, which I thought would be a convenient feature, turned out to be clunky and difficult to navigate. When I tried to purchase moving supplies, I found that they were out of stock on several essential items, including boxes and packing tape. The outdoor parking area for recreational vehicles looked neglected, with potholes and uneven terrain that made me worry about the safety of my RV. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of my experience was the lack of flexibility in their rental agreements. Despite advertising month-to-month rentals, I was told that I would be locked into a minimum 3-month contract, which didn't align with my needs. Overall, my interaction with A+ Self Storage of Maumee felt like a disorganized and unhelpful experience. With a bit more attention to detail and customer service, they could have won me over as a loyal customer. Unfortunately, I'll be taking my business (and my storage needs) elsewhere.
