I'm not sure what's more astonishing, the fact that 4Rivers Equipment has been around for 90 years or that they've managed to consistently underwhelm their customers for nearly a century. As a long-time resident of Colorado, I've had the displeasure of dealing with this company on multiple occasions, and each time has been a masterclass in disappointment. Their equipment, while sleek and shiny, often breaks down at the most inopportune moments, leaving me to deal with the frustration of delayed projects and wasted time. The staff, while friendly, seems more interested in making a sale than in actually helping you find the right solution for your needs. I've lost count of how many times I've been promised the world, only to have those promises fall flat. It's not just about the equipment; it's about the lack of follow-through, the unreturned calls, and the general sense of disillusionment that comes with doing business with a company that seems more focused on its own legacy than on serving its customers.
