I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from 4Rent.ca. As a student looking for a place to rent in Toronto, I thought their website would be a great resource. Unfortunately, the listings were often outdated, and I found myself contacting landlords only to discover that the units were already rented out. The search filters on the website were also clunky and didn't allow me to narrow down my options as easily as I would have liked. I ended up finding a better deal on a different website, and I was able to visit the apartment in person before applying. 4Rent.ca's reliance on print magazines also seemed outdated, and I didn't find the distribution points to be as convenient as they claimed. Overall, my experience with 4Rent.ca was underwhelming, and I wouldn't recommend it to others. With so many other rental platforms available, I expected more from a company that claims to be the 'most trusted apartment rental portal in the country'.
