When I asked for a straightforward explanation of the problems and solutions, I was met with vague answers and a sense of urgency to make a decision on the spot. The final bill was staggering, with prices that seemed inflated compared to other quotes I received from competitors. The worst part? The 'emergency repair' they performed didn't even fix the underlying issue, and I've had to call them back twice since then to address the same problem.
