I recently visited the 1000 Łazienek salon at 1-go Maja 11 in Końskie, expecting a wide range of high-quality ceramic tiles. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. Despite their claims of having the largest salon in the area, I found the selection to be limited and not as diverse as I had hoped. The staff seemed uninterested in helping me find what I was looking for, and when I asked about delivery, they seemed unclear about their own policies. I was really looking forward to finding some beautiful modern designs, but what they had on offer was mostly traditional styles that didn't really appeal to me. For a company that prides itself on exceptional customer service, I was disappointed by the lack of attention and care shown to me during my visit. The website promised a lot, but the reality was far from it. Unless they seriously revamp their customer service and product offerings, I would not recommend 1000 Łazienek to anyone looking for a satisfying shopping experience. One star from me, and that's being generous.
