Disappointing Experience with 1 Percent Lists

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from 1 Percent Lists. As a homeowner in Louisiana, I was initially attracted to their promise of a 1% commission, but the execution fell far short of my expectations. The 'cutting-edge real estate SEO' they touted didn't seem to make a difference in the visibility of my property, and the 'active Realtors' were not as responsive as I had hoped. The paperwork and negotiations were handled efficiently, but the lack of personal touch and follow-through on their marketing promises was glaring. For instance, I was told that my property would be featured on major real estate platforms, but when I checked, it was nowhere to be found. When I brought this to their attention, I was met with a generic response and no meaningful resolution. I ended up having to do a lot of the legwork myself to get my house seen by potential buyers. The whole process felt impersonal and lacking in the kind of service I've come to expect from a real estate brokerage. While I appreciate the attempt to disrupt the traditional model, 1 Percent Lists needs to work on delivering the kind of personalized service that clients deserve, especially when it comes to something as significant as buying or selling a home. Until then, I would caution others to carefully consider their options before choosing 1 Percent Lists.
