4. Business Profile Management

As a verified business owner, you may:

Update business information, photos, and contact details
Monitor and respond to customer reviews
Request removal of inappropriate or fraudulent reviews (additional fees apply)
Access business analytics and reporting features

5. Review Management and Content

You understand that:

Customer reviews reflect individual opinions and experiences
You cannot edit or remove legitimate customer reviews
Review removal requests require additional payment and admin approval
Only reviews violating our guidelines will be considered for removal

6. Platform Liability

Trusted Biz Reviews is not liable for:

Customer reviews, opinions, or experiences shared on the platform
Business disputes arising from customer interactions
Loss of revenue or reputation due to negative reviews
Technical issues affecting business profile visibility

7. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes business claim fees and review removal fees. Services are provided upon payment confirmation.
